As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in big data and cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, fostering cross-team collaboration, and driving technical excellence on modern, cloud-native data platforms. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, production-ready code for data systems
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives to ensure scalable and reliable data solutions
• Create libraries and frameworks supporting robust, testable data architectures
• Build and operate large-scale data pipelines and distributed processing systems using Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and related technologies
• Demonstrate technical leadership by guiding best practices and fostering innovation in data engineering
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to support Gen AI/ML applications

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Java, Python, Kubernetes, Cloud-native technologies)
• Expertise building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and distributed processing systems (Spark, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Exposure to or experience with Gen AI/ML applications

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Familiarity with Gen AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience working with Large Language Model (LLM) applications

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of English - communicative level
