Senior Java Microservices Developer - Banking Technology

As a Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry dedicated to transforming credit processes for corporate clients. You will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing a critical application that supports decision-making across banking, leasing, and factoring services, leveraging modern microservices architecture to deliver innovative solutions with a significant impact on millions of financial transactions. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, event-driven microservices within the CLP credit workflow application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure the high-quality delivery of system features.
• Define, implement, and enforce standards for code quality, testing, and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems via REST APIs and asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ.
• Leverage domain-driven design (DDD) principles and incorporate AI tools for SDLC efficiency.
• Ensure the system's architecture adheres to best practices in security, performance, and scalability.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in back-end development, especially in Java.
• Deep expertise in RESTful API design and implementation.
• Practical knowledge of distributed system architecture and microservices design.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems, particularly RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with AI tools integration into SDLC processes.
• Certifications in cloud or related technologies.

• Polish - good command
• English - communicative proficiency
