As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading innovator in online banking, supporting the development and maintenance of cutting-edge financial solutions. You'll contribute to building reliable, scalable banking functionalities in a dynamic, Agile environment, helping shape the future of digital finance and delivering impactful solutions for users worldwide.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and develop new features in .NET 8 to enhance banking services.
- Implement and optimize SQL-based data access for robust data management.
- Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with distributed teams in an Agile environment to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Participate in developing secure payment solutions to safeguard financial transactions.
- Share knowledge and mentor less experienced team members to foster continuous growth.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and testing.
- Maintain existing functionalities and troubleshoot production issues effectively.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing complex IT systems.
- Strong hands-on expertise with .NET framework and .NET Core.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL databases.
- Passion for software architecture, design patterns, and architectural principles.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
- Practical understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in developing new features while maintaining existing systems.
- A genuine passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of banking domain, especially payments and transactions (e.g., Elixir, Sorbnet).
Language required for the role: Polish (good command), English (communicative).
