Senior Middleware Operations Engineer – Kafka, Qlik, Redis

As a Senior Middleware Operations Engineer, you will be working for our client supporting mission-critical platforms such as Kafka, Qlik Replicate, and Redis. Your expertise will ensure operational stability, drive incident resolution, and foster a proactive support environment.

• Support and maintain Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring optimal performance and high availability
• Monitor production environments, identify issues, and resolve incidents swiftly to minimize business impact
• Execute standard changes, service requests, and update operational documentation to enhance team efficiency
• Strengthen team autonomy in Qlik operations and reinforce Kafka support within a complex Cloudera ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and develop resilience strategies for middleware platforms
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by refining operational procedures and documentation

• At least 4 years of experience in middleware operations or related IT roles
• Strong expertise in Kafka, Qlik Replicate, and Redis platforms
• Proven skills in production monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Cloudera platform dependencies and integrations
• Fluent in English
• Fluent English and French
• Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
