• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct refactoring and architecture enhancements while maintaining simple, clean design principles
• Collaborate effectively through pair programming, daily standups, code reviews, and sprint activities
• Design and maintain resilient architectures supporting scalability and high performance
• Develop backend solutions using Python and Django framework aligned with business needs

• 9+ years of proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on backend development
• Expertise in Python, Django framework, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD tools, refactoring, and clean architecture
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills with an autonomous work approach
• Experience working in agile environments and fostering continuous learning
• Fluent English

• Certifications in related fields or additional technical training
