About the Role Requirements
You will be responsible for administering, securing and ¢ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology optimizing our relational and NoSQL databases to or a related field ensure high availability, performance and reliability. e 3-5 years of database administration experience
You'll work closely with Development, DevOps, e Experience with production databases
Infrastructure and Security teams. (Amazon RDS)
Strong knowledge of database architecture, transactions, indexing and concurrency
Key Responsibilities
Experience with backup, recovery, replication
- Administer and monitor production & non-production and failover relational and NoSQL databases ¢ Good knowledge of Linux environments
- Ensure performance, availability, security and reliability * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
+ ¢ Excellent communication and teamwork
Manage backup, recovery, replication
and disaster recovery
Perform database tuning and optimization Technology Experience
Experience with two or more of the following:
Execute upgrades, migrations and maintenance
Manage users, roles, permissions
and database security Nice to H ice to Mave
Support incidents and continuous improvement © Experience with automation and scripting
Monitoring tools and alerting experience
