Test Automation Engineer
missions
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites to ensure high software quality and reliability.
- Plan and execute non-functional testing activities, including performance, scalability, and system validation.
- Integrate testing activities into the software delivery lifecycle and support continuous quality practices.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of test strategies, methodologies, and QA standards.
- Evaluate and promote innovative approaches to quality assurance and test automation.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Advocate best practices in quality engineering and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
your profile
- 5+ years of experience in test automation and non-functional testing.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca (low-code test automation).
- Good knowledge of Robot Framework.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and CI/CD-driven testing practices.
- Experience with NeoLoad for performance and load testing.
- Familiarity with modern testing and AI-powered tools, such as Playwright and similar solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a quality-focused mindset.
