The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our development team. Our engineers own the full software development lifecycle, from planning and coding to deployment, maintenance, and monitoring. The ideal candidate is a team player with a keen eye for detail and a talent for solving problems in smart, efficient ways.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build sustainable, well-structured software solutions.
• Keep our codebase simple, consistent, and high quality.
• Balance business needs with sound architecture and long-term development plans.
• Monitor and improve application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with teammates on planning, code reviews, and technical decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid development skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Angular, React, NestJS, Express, or Spring.
• Experience using AI coding assistants in your daily workflow.
• Experience with AWS.
• Good understanding of relational databases and RDBMS concepts.
• Comfort working with HTTP, WebSockets, and AMQP.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• A self-driven, independent approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Enthusiasm for AI and its practical applications.
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with SockJS.
• Experience with hybrid mobile technologies such as React Native or Apache Cordova.
• Professional experience in fintech.
