What you'll do

• Independently design and build off-platform campaign pages (using AI / low-code, without consuming engineering resources)
• Research and design conversion tools from a growth angle (onboarding, referral, retention mechanics), spec requirements to product/engineering, and drive them to launch
• Refine and optimize the trading interface experience at a pixel level
• Build growth dashboards that quantify the real impact of campaigns, promotions, and incentives - driving decisions with data

What you'll need

• 1+ years in growth product / growth ops, with a track record of shipping growth features from zero to launch (bring examples)
• Product-minded, data-fluent, strong on execution - can both figure out "what to build" and drive engineering, AND build it yourself with AI / low-code
• Able to work effectively with engineers
• Crypto / trading product experience preferred; familiarity with perps and traders is a plus
• Working proficiency in Chinese and English

任职要求：

• 1 年以上增长产品 / 增长运营经验,有亲手把增长功能从 0 做到上线的实绩(请准备案例)
• 懂产品、懂数据、执行力强;既能想清楚"要什么"、推动产研,又能自己动手用 AI / 低代码搭出来
• 能与工程团队高效协作
• 加密 / 交易类产品经验优先,懂永续合约、懂交易员更佳
• 中英双语工作能力
