Responsibilities

  • Praca bezpośrednio z senior business stakeholderami i ekspertami domenowymi
  • Identyfikacja procesów, które warto automatyzować
  • Dobór narzędzi, platform i podejścia do problemów biznesowych
  • Przygotowywanie i prezentowanie propozycji rozwiązań - scope, approach, effort, impact
  • Presales i współpraca z decydentami
  • Projektowanie, budowa, testowanie i utrzymanie reusable AI skills
  • Pisanie i review production-quality code
  • Budowa warstwy ewaluacyjnej - golden cases, acceptance criteria, regression checks
  • Debugowanie zachowania agentów AI
  • Integracja z platformami i źródłami danych
  • Prowadzenie pilotów z użytkownikami i iteracyjne usprawnianie rozwiązań
  • Definiowanie i egzekwowanie standardów tworzenia, review, wersjonowania i release AI skills
  • Śledzenie rozwoju AI tooling i wdrażanie odpowiednich rozwiązań

Requirements

  • Stawka: 200 - 220 PLN/h na FV
  • Miejsce pracy/praca zdalna: Zapewniamy pełną (100%) swobodę pracy zdalnej
  • Wymiar pracy: Fulltime
  • Sektor: US Professional Services / HR Consulting
  • Projekt: Enterprise AI - budowa i rozwój rozwiązań AI
  • Zespół: 1x Enterprise AI Architect + 2x Lead AI Solutions Engineers
  • Proces rekrutacji: 2 spotkania zdalne po 60 min (podejście biznesowe/kompetencje miękkie + rozmowa techniczna)
  • Szacowany czas trwania projektu: Długoterminowy/bezterminowy

  • Czas pracy: Standardowe polskie godziny pracy (przy czym 2-3x w tygodniu późniejszy start i praca max do 19:00)

  • Technologie/tematy na projekcie: TypeScript / Node.js, NestJS, Angular, LLM/AI, agentic AI, tool/function calling, MCP, prompt engineering, context engineering, orchestration, CI/CD, automated testing, evaluation tooling

  • Umiejętność tłumaczenia rozwiązań technicznych i trade-offów osobom nietechnicznym
  • Ownership całej architektury capability, standardy i shared components, platform-level decisions, security/compliance przy wrażliwych danych HR
  • Angielski na poziomie C1
