Join our EMEA Technical Sales team and help utilities and water operators leverage innovative smart water solutions to improve efficiency, sustainability, and operational performance. This customer-facing role involves regular travel across France and the Benelux region to support customers, partners, and sales teams.
Your Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will partner closely with Sales teams across France and the Benelux region to support business growth and customer success. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will help customers understand how our solutions address their operational challenges and digital transformation goals.
You will be involved throughout the pre-sales cycle, including:
- Presenting software, IoT, and smart water solutions to customers and partners.
- Providing technical expertise to support sales opportunities.
- Contributing to responses for tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Conducting solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects.
- Delivering technical training to partners and customers.
- Helping customers evaluate and understand proposed solutions.
- Collaborating with Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Delivery teams to align customer needs with product capabilities.
- Supporting the successful adoption of innovative water management solutions.
What We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have:
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, IoT, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
- Experience with software platforms, connected solutions, cloud technologies, or IoT systems.
- A solid understanding of solution architectures and system integration concepts.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
- A customer-focused mindset, curiosity, autonomy, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Experience in the water utilities industry is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role is €50,000 to €60,000, depending on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is also eligible to participate in our Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). Compensation is reviewed regularly to ensure competitiveness within the market.
