Your responsibilities
- Analysis of customer requirements and conception of technical solutions
- Configuration/development of ServiceNow according to defined customer requirements
- Documentation of technical solutions
- Estimation of development efforts for work packages
- You will also moderate customer workshops to coordinate detailed questions regarding the requirements
- You will also take on quality assurance tasks in ESM projects
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
- Ideally implementation experience in the area of ServiceNow, but also as a career changer, e.g. Universal CMDB, Operations Bridge, Network Node Manager, SMAX
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP / REST)
- Ideally knowledge of service management processes
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel in the EMEA region
