Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developers to join a European Insurance Transformation Program. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in developing scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools and integrating Salesforce with external applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.

- Build reusable components and guided customer journeys.

- Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML and external systems.

- Optimize performance through caching, error handling and scalable development practices.

- Implement Salesforce security, data access controls and best practices.

- Support testing, deployment, production troubleshooting and CI/CD activities.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.

- Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security and Governor Limits.

- Experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC and Salesforce Flow.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API orchestration.

- Familiarity with Git, Salesforce CLI, Azure DevOps, Copado or Gearset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Insurance or BFSI domain experience, particularly policy servicing, claims, renewals, billing or quote-to-policy processes.

- Experience with Salesforce Industries/Vlocity or Industry Cloud.

- Exposure to European insurance projects and GDPR principles.

- Salesforce OmniStudio or Platform Developer certifications.
