The position will develop a structured process leveraging the SPX FLOW Sales Process to ensure all required steps are followed as opportunities move from prospecting, exploring, and qualifying through pursuit, proposal, negotiation, and order capture. The role will interface with key sales leaders and commercial tools, including Industrial Info Resources (IIR) for prospecting and SAP C4C for opportunity management, to improve visibility, consistency, and accountability across the global large project pipeline.

Once rolled out, this role will lead communication, coaching, cadence management, opportunity review discipline, and continuous improvement of the process. The role will also support sales leads and market managers with intelligence gathering from customers, EPCs, industry sources, and web-based resources, while challenging the organization to define, record, and action the winning moves required to improve project capture.

  • Create process documentation, templates, training materials, dashboards, and communication packs for global rollout.
  • Use IIR to identify capital projects, customer investments, EPC activity, and market developments early.
  • Ensure SAP C4C opportunity data is created, maintained, updated, and reviewed consistently across regions.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Commercial Excellence to improve CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and stage progression.
  • Maintain global and regional project review cadence against agreed qualification and pursuit standards.
  • Coach sales leads on process use, opportunity planning, and actions to improve win probability.
  • Challenge teams to define, assign, and complete winning actions across customer access, technical positioning, value proposition, competitive strategy, EPC engagement, and decision-maker mapping.
  • Work with Global Market Managers to gather and interpret intelligence from customers, EPCs, consultants, databases, trade press, web resources, and internal feedback.
  • Coordinate strategic pursuits across regional sales, market management, application engineering, product management, operations, and leadership.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking pipeline value, quality, stage, qualification status, action completion, and regional performance.
  • Promote disciplined qualification of opportunities, customer engagement, accountability, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Travel globally as required for customer, EPC, internal business, and industry event visits.
