Ivan Ogienko Company is an international interior design firm with 9 years of experience and 1,000+ completed projects across different types of facilities.
For the past three years, we have been successfully operating in Dubai. We have recently opened an office in New York and are now expanding our presence in the U.S. market.
About the Role
We are looking for an in-house Recruiter to join our team and take ownership of the recruitment process as we continue to grow internationally.
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented professional who understands business needs, knows how to attract great talent, and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience recruiting for sales and commercial roles is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business priorities, role requirements, and team dynamics.
Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other channels.
Recruit for a variety of positions, with a particular focus on sales and commercial roles for the U.S. market.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' experience, motivation, and suitability for the role.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions.
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or full-cycle recruiter.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Experience hiring for sales or business development roles is a plus.
Understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
