岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责完成存储产品的可靠性测试并出具报告;

2.负责存储产品(eMMC/UFS/SD)的可靠性测试研究，规划，建设;

3.负责支撑存储产品的工程导入;

4.负责从可靠性的角度介入产品问题的分析定位;

5.负责可靠性相关测试工具的开发;

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 熟悉/了解 封装级/wafer级/相关可靠性测试理论和方法论，了解板级可靠性;

2. 熟悉/了解 JESD22-A108/JESD22-A102/JESD22-A104/JESD22-A102/JESD22-A118/JESD74/AEC-Q100/ISO 16750等可靠性标准;

3. 熟悉/了解 存储特性，对Nand/CMOS wafer 等工艺流程有一定的了解;

4. 了解常见封装形式与工艺流程，如FCBGA，FCCSP等，了解ATE测试;

5. 有一定的FA经验，熟悉常见FA手段与原理;

6. 有项目成功导入经验优先，有一定的编程基础;
