岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责构建SOC power/performance model，用于评估架构层级PPA balance;

2. 熟悉IVR(integrated voltage regular)及DLDO(digital LDO)设计，并进行方案定义和难点分析;

3. 擅长评估和优化不同场景下的SOC功耗

4. 深刻理解thermal和power之间的关系，擅长power和thermal modeling及分析;

5. 深刻理解系统PDN的power noise以及clock jitter组成，并能完成定量分析;

任职要求 / Requirements

1、8年以上工作经验;

2、具有SOC power仿真、建模以及分析流程经验;

3、熟悉计算机体系结构;

4、熟悉ASIC power分析和优化方法;

5、深刻理解power对SOC架构、逻辑设计以及电路等各层面的影响;

6、熟悉SOC设计流程及方法学; 7、具备较强跨团队合作的沟通能力。

加分项：

1、具有low power设计、power优化工作经验;

2、了解multimedia数据处理;

3、具有simulation与silicon power correlation工作经验。
