岗位职责 / Responsibilities

根据芯片产品规格和测试需求，与设计人员，产品经理合作，负责制定有竞争力的高质量，低成本的量产ATE测试方案;

根据测试方案，开发相应ATE平台上的软硬件测试系统，并导入到测试厂支持大批量量产;

制定ATE characterization测试方案并实施，摸底芯片特性，优化测试程序;

协助产品工程师制定可靠性测试方法，支撑可靠性测试的筛选和回测，确保芯片质量;

收集并分析量产测试数据，量产测试维护，测试低良率/事故处理等。

任职要求 / Requirements

电子或通信类相关专业，本科及以上学历;

5年以上CP/FT测试开发经验，熟悉半导体测试方法论，有数模混合SOC芯片测试经验者优先，有serdes/DDR/PCIE等高速IP测试经验者优先;

熟悉J750， UltraFlex， 93000/EXA等常用SOC测试平台, 需有93000/EXA SOC测试平台实际量产经验;

了解DFT基本原理，能够进行debug;

熟悉VB， C/C++语言，有其他脚本语言（Python，Perl。。。）经验者优先;

有较强沟通能力，具有良好的团队合作精神。
