What you'll do:
Support the Executive Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
Deliver high-quality food with outstanding presentation and attention to detail
Ensure menu consistency, food safety, and operational excellence
Inspire and guide the culinary team while maintaining high standards
Help create memorable dining experiences for every guest
What we're looking for:
Culinary Degree or Culinary Diploma
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Good computer skills and fluency in English
A passion for quality, teamwork, and hospitality
