Jabil is seeking a Business Unit Coordinator to support our partnership with SolarEdge and play a vital role in daily workcell operations. In this highly collaborative position, you'll serve as a key link between the customer and cross-functional teams, helping ensure seamless communication, operational alignment, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a day-to-day customer contact, ensuring requests, updates, and concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
• Support the Business Unit team in managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, planning, engineering, and quality teams to align priorities and support production goals.
• Monitor performance metrics including delivery, quality, materials, and operational performance.
• Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate trends, risks, and action plans.
• Help identify and escalate production, material, or schedule risks before they impact customer commitments.
• Support issue resolution efforts and coordinate follow-up actions across teams.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation, records, and communications.
• Build strong working relationships that drive collaboration and timely decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, customer support, finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
