ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design CNC manufacturing program of core and cavity block, slide core, insert for rear cover, front cover, battery cover tools with UG independently.
· Design electrode model of core and cavity block for rear cover, front cover, battery cover tools with UG independently.
· Self-inspection of finished manufacturing program.
· Solve abnormal programs.
· Revise pre-deformation program of rear cover tool(the most complex feature ).
· Analysis components manufacturing Planning.
· Conduct OJT(on the job training) for new hire
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· Familiar with UG and Veri-cut software for designing tool components manufacturing program.
· Familiar with tool structure.
· Design tool components manufacturing planning skillfully.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· College degree required or above
· Tooling or mechanical major
· Minimum 5 years related experience.
· Or equivalent combination of education and experience.The hourly pay range for this role is $25.10 - $45.19.
