EIT - TE Engineer
SUMMARY
Work and assist test engineering Lead and administer Test technicians and Debug technicians in the workcell. Also to maintain proper record of all machine preventive, maintenance work for ISO requirement. Responsible for new projects/equipment set up commission to achieve the company/WC goal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for the assembly and testing of equipment in accordance with specified requirements and applicable standards.
-Analyze and diagnosing the faulty system and driving appropriate corrective actions to ensure minimal reoccurrence of failures.
- Documents all repairs and improvements on test equipments.
-Monitors all test station for intermittencies and reduce them in accordance to targets.
- Provides support to Operations and Test Engineers by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a strong “Safety and Quality First” culture.
- Manages and maintains the equipment maintenance and calibration system in accordance with company requirements, ensuring all maintenance activities are properly scheduled, completed on time, and performed to the required standards.
- Controls and maintains test accessories for all test stations, including spare parts, and establishes appropriate minimum and maximum inventory levels to ensure the availability of required spares and support uninterrupted testing operations.
- Execute Test Operation following defined timeline to archive customer expected SSD (Schedule Shipment Date).
- Execute specific PCOCM/ EDW following customer requirement.
- Promptly repairing faulty system to ensure meeting customer TCT (Test Cycle Time)
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
Technical Certification is a plus
