Job Summary**
The Global BU Senior Program Manager at Jabil, Inc. is responsible for leading complex, global programs within a specific Business Unit, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure, and driving strategic objectives for growth and profitability.
Job Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale, cross-functional global programs within the assigned Business Unit, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadership.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
* Oversee cross-functional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
* Communicate program status, progress, and key performance indicators to stakeholders, including executive leadership, through regular reporting and presentations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes and tools.
* Ensure adherence to Jabil's program management methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
* Manage client and supplier relationships related to program delivery.
* Identify opportunities for business expansion and process optimization within the Business Unit.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with at least 3-5 years in a global or senior-level role.
* Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi-million dollar global programs.
* PMP or equivalent program management certification required.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and product lifecycle management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to travel internationally as required.
