How Will You Make An Impact?
The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in creating a positive employee and visitor experience while supporting critical Human Resources and site administrative functions. This position helps ensure a seamless onboarding process for employees and contingent workers, supports facility access and security processes, and maintains efficient front office operations. Through collaboration with Human Resources, Operations, Security, and other departments, this role contributes to workforce readiness, employee engagement, and overall site effectiveness.

This role will be based on-site at the Monument, CO facility.
What Will You Do?
Human Resources Support
Coordinate onboarding activities for employees and contingent workers.
Create and maintain contingent worker records and IDs within designated HR systems.
Prepare onboarding schedules, agendas, orientation materials, and new hire documentation.
Facilitate Form I-9 completion and verification activities in accordance with company requirements.
Conduct and document 30-day new hire check-ins.
Partner with Human Resources, Operations, Security, Training, and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and other HR files.
Assist employees and supervisors with routine HR-related questions and administrative processes.
Support recruiting efforts, hiring events, employee engagement activities, and site initiatives.
Generate reports, trackers, and spreadsheets as requested.
Employee Experience Support
Serve as an ambassador for employees by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the facility to answer employee questions and provide assistance.
Support employee communication efforts, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
Assist with office projects and workplace culture initiatives.
Foster positive working relationships with employees across all levels of the organization.
Front Office and Site Administration
Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Administer visitor management processes, including visitor registration and check-in activities.
Manage iLobby and related visitor management systems.
Coordinate visitor schedules, agendas, and site visit logistics.
Administer employee and visitor badge access, including badge issuance, updates, replacements, and deactivations.
Conduct routine audits of badge access records to ensure active and inactive statuses remain accurate.
Maintain site access records and support facility security requirements.
Order and maintain office, breakroom, and site supplies.
Coordinate meetings, conference room reservations, and administrative activities as needed.
Provide receptionist and front desk coverage when required.
Participate in special projects, events, and administrative initiatives.
How Will You Get Here?
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of administrative support, customer service, HR support, office administration, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, visitor management systems, or access control systems.
Experience supporting employee onboarding, visitor management, front office operations, or HR administration.
Manufacturing environment experience.
Experience coordinating employee onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
Experience supporting employee engagement programs or site events.
