IT Logistics & Compliance Intern - Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Logistics & ComplianceIntern to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

An IT Logistics & Compliance intern is a trainee who wants to gain work experience in the field of logistics and IT. They will be exposed to E2Open TMS logistics software configurations and Docusign configurations and support. The interns must also manage support development tasks by coordinating across functional teams, exploring a variety of problem-solving approaches.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure logistics software, such as Docusign and E2Open TMS
• Support both software via tickets support and relevant projects
• Exposure to IT Logistics and Compliance knowledge

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Interest in the supply chain ecosystem and information systems
• Knowledge in Information Systems in a plus
• Detail oriented and able to work within a group setting
• Enthusiasm and ability to seek out and learn new technologies and algorithms outside of your immediate toolset/knowledge to solve business problems where required

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

• Students who are taking his/her Bachelor or above degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Logistics, Technology Management or related fields
