岗位职责

• 工装夹具与机构设计 ：负责 AI 液冷管路自动化焊接产线相关工装夹具、精密组对夹紧机构、管材自动上料分料机构、多工位自动转运输送机构的方案规划、三维建模、工程图纸输出; 针对厚壁管、拔孔管等异形管路，设计柔性定位工装，保障管材组对间隙、同轴度精度要求。
• 产线布局与设备集成设计 ：参与自动化预制产线整体布局规划，覆盖自动上料-激光切管-组对-AI 焊接-自动下料全工艺流程; 完成机械接口设计，配合机器人、激光焊接 / 切管设备、PLC 控制系统完成整机设备集成，识别干涉、管材输送变形等机械风险。
• 样机试制与现场问题整改 ：跟进样机加工、装配、调试全过程; 解决管材输送变形、夹具定位偏差、工位转运卡顿等机械类现场问题，输出整改方案; 同步输出 DFMEA、公差分析、装配说明等技术文件。
• 技术文档与标准化沉淀 ：输出 BOM 清单、2D 工程图纸、安装调试规范; 开展零部件选型评估，兼顾设备可靠性、成本、可维护性; 参与测试验证，根据试验结果迭代优化机构与工装设计，沉淀产线机械设计规范。

任职要求

• 学历专业 ：本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程等机械相关专业，5年及以上自动化产线 / 工装夹具 / 非标设备机械设计经验; 有流体管路、焊接自动化产线项目经验优先。
• 软件能力 ：熟练使用 SolidWorks/UG 等三维建模软件、CAD 出工程图; 熟悉公差配合、机械传动、夹具设计、钣金与机加工工艺。
• 项目经验 ：熟悉非标自动化设备开发完整流程，能够独立完成工装、输送机构、夹具的设计与迭代; 了解机器人工作站、激光加工设备机械接口者优先。
• 综合能力 ：具备较强问题分析与现场调试能力，能协同电控、工艺工程师完成整机联调; 看懂项目需求，可输出设计评审意见，良好的文档编写能力; 能够跟进样机试制，愿意下产线处理装配调试问题。
• 加分项 ：了解液冷数据中心不锈钢管路、TIG / 激光焊接工艺; 熟悉管材上料、定位夹紧、长管材防变形输送相关设计; 有机器人焊接工作站项目经验优先。
