DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Prozessentwicklung für CNC-Programmen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, Ingenieure und Projektteams
• Programmierung, Einrichtung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen
• Umsetzen von technischen Projekten, einschliesslich Zeit-, Qualität- und Kostenoptimierung
• Aktive Unterstützung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden bei technischen Problemstellungen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Rüstunterlagen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Prozessen, Materialien und Ausrüstungen
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen (Lean Six Sigma)
• Durchführung von Tests, Studien und Experimenten (z. B. Werkzeugstudien, Fähigkeitsanalysen)
• Prüfung komplexer Zeichnungen auf Konformität, Genauigkeit und technische Machbarkeit

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

• Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Programmierung
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer hochregulierten Branche wie der Medizintechnik.
• Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, SAP und CAM-Systeme wie z.b. «Mastercam»
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der ISO-Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen
• Abgeschlossene Technische Ausbildung
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens Grundkenntnisse
