Quality Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assembly.

• Verify product configurations against specifications, BOMs, work instructions, and customer requirements.

• Prepare quality document for inspection, focused on data analysis and improvement.

• Conduct quality inspection on production processes, installation activities, and testing operations.

• Prepare status report with information about data of inspection and audits.

• Investigate nonconforming products and support containment activities.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

• Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities and defect disposition decisions.

• Create and maintain quality documentation, visual aids, and inspection records.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, NPI, and Customer Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.

• Train operators and inspectors on quality standards and inspection methods.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of quality systems and standards

• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications

• Ability for document creation, mainly for Visual Aids associated with Control Plan.

• Root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
• Audit and inspection techniques

• Microsoft Excel, Power Point and quality reporting tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge in Quality Management System, and requirements.
