We are looking for you to join our team in the HRDepartment at our headquarters in Idstein as a Recruiter (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.

• Support the operational execution of recruitment processes for Retail and Corporate positions
• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
• Conduct active sourcing and direct outreach to candidates via LinkedIn
• Screen and pre-select applications
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews with candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Store Managers, Regional Managers, and Corporate teams to support hiring needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment requirements
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related documentation
• Monitor recruiting metrics and prepare reports to support continuous improvement
• Contribute to a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification, or completed vocational training as a Human Resources Services Specialist or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruitment
• Proven experience in active sourcing and direct candidate outreach via LinkedIn
• Experience recruiting for Retail and/or Corporate positions is an advantage
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and service-oriented working style
• Ability to build relationships and engage candidates effectively
• Interest in the outdoor, sports, fashion, or lifestyle industry
