We are looking for you to join our team in the Logistics and Trade ComplianceDepartment at our headquarters in Idstein as a (Senior) Logistics Specialist (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.

• Continuous evaluation and interpretation of transport-related customer requirements.
• Steering, coordinating, and monitoring of both national and international shipments.
• Analyzing, handling, and sustainably resolving irregularities throughout the entire supply chain process.
• Supporting and independently conducting freight tenders.
• Continuously identifying and implementing optimization potential within transport processes and service levels.
• Maintaining, adapting, and further developing transport-related system configurations (e.g., TMS).
• Processing cargo damage, consequential damage, delays, and financial losses, including initiating and tracking recourse claims.
• Auditing and processing freight invoices using AI-based tools, as well as initiating and tracking invoice disputes.
• Supporting finance-related topics during monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, particularly in calculating freight cost accruals.

• Professional experience in the fields of transport, logistics, or distribution.
• Basic understanding of B2C and B2B delivery processes.
• Experience in dealing with transport service providers / carriers.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with SAP.
• Good command of English.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
