We are looking for you to join our team in the TaxDepartment at our headquarters in Idstein as a (Senior)Tax Manager (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.

• Independent tax advisory services for management and operation departments
• Responsibility for ongoing tax compliance (corporate income tax, trade tax, VAT, etc.)
• Preparation of tax calculations for annual financial statements and support in tax assessments within the annual closing process
• Preparation, review, and coordination of tax returns
• Tax assessment and support of national and international business transactions
• Management of transfer pricing, including documentation and defense of transfer pricing settings
• Review and analysis of tax results of foreign subsidiaries and ensuring group-wide tax consistency
• Support during tax audits and communication with tax authorities
• Analysis and implementation of new tax legislation
• Collaboration with external tax advisors

• Completed degree in economics, law, or a comparable qualification with a focus on taxation
• More than 5 years of professional experience in taxation, ideally in an international environment or a tax advisory firm
• Successfully completed tax advisor examination is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of transfer pricing as well as national and international tax law
• Very good user skills in SAP and MS Excel
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, and strong analytical skills
• Business-fluent German and English Formularende
