- act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, and other HR systems
- collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives
- manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance
- support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests
- administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms
- manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues
- create and maintain dashboards, reports, surveys, and analytics solutions
- support system releases, testing activities, process improvements, and change management initiatives
- develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption
- minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role
- hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms
- experience in system administration, governance, and user support
- good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ability to work effectively with international teams
- bachelor's or Master's degree
- fluent English, both written and spoken
