Pre Sales & Solution Advisory Leader

Jade Global is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Presales & Solution Lead to drive the technical scoping, architectural design, and ultimate closure of enterprise-scale opportunities within our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice. This is a strategic, client-facing leadership position designed for an expert practitioner who can seamlessly bridge complex business problems with cutting-edge ServiceNow platform architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading high-impact technical presales engagements, architecting multi-workflow solutions, owning rigorous effort scoping/SOW development, and cultivating critical ServiceNow alliance relationships. This leader will carry a personal bookings/pipeline conversion quota and will serve as the primary authority on aligning customer business outcomes with ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales & Pipeline Conversion

• Lead complex discovery workshops, executive technical presentations, and deeply tailored solution demonstrations to uncover customer pain points and define future-state architectures.
• Engage C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, COO, CFO) on digital transformation roadmaps, articulating the value of platform consolidation, AI-enabled service management, and hyper-automation.
• Partner with the Sales organization on account targeting, competitive positioning strategy, and technical qualification from initial lead state through formal closure.
• Serve as the primary domain expert during high-value sales cycles, effectively neutralizing competitor technical objections and proving Jade Global's superior technical execution capabilities.

Architecture, Estimation & Deal Scoping

• Own the end-to-end technical solutioning process for complex, multi-module ServiceNow pursuits, including architectural blueprints and integration ecosystems.
• Drive rigorous effort estimation reviews, meticulously validating delivery timelines, staffing matrices, and resource mixes to ensure commercial viability and zero delivery slippage.
• Draft and negotiate comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, technical roadmaps, and detailed business value realization models.
• Govern the transition from sales to implementation, conducting thorough technical handoffs to Delivery and Practice teams to ensure customer expectations are perfectly executed.

ServiceNow Alliance & Ecosystem Engagement

• Cultivate deep technical and co-sell alignment with ServiceNow field sales, solution architects, and partner enablement managers to accelerate pipeline growth.
• Represent Jade Global's technical prowess at premier ServiceNow ecosystem events, including Knowledge, partner forums, and executive roundtables.
• Unlock referral and co-sell opportunities by demonstrating deep domain expertise to ServiceNow account teams, positioning Jade as the go-to delivery partner for complex workflows.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in IT consulting, enterprise solution architecture, or technical presales, with a minimum of 6–8 years dedicated exclusively to the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep architectural mastery across the full scope of ServiceNow workflows, specifically ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM/SecOps, WSD and other modules of ServiceNow with platform features like Now Assist / Movework / Creator Workflows.
• Commanding executive presence with a proven track record of influencing enterprise technology stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience scoping seven-figure deals, including accurate effort estimation, complex delivery sizing, and airtight contract/SOW formulation.
• Direct co-selling experience alongside ServiceNow internal sales and specialist teams.
• Quota-carrying success, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding personal sales support, pipeline contribution, or booking targets.

Preferred Technical Attributes

• Active ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in core modules, Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) / Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• Vertical Expertise: Proven experience solutioning for complex regulatory or operational environments like Healthcare & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, High Tech, or Financial Services.
• Automation Fluency: Strong comprehension of AI-driven workflows, generative AI integrations within ServiceNow (Now Assist), and modern enterprise integration architectures (Integration Hub).

Success Metrics

• Achieve assigned ESM pipeline contribution and closed-won bookings quota.
• Maximize technical win-rates on critical, highly competitive RFPs and enterprise proposals.
• Expand the Jade Global co-sell pipeline via proactive collaboration with ServiceNow technical and account field teams.
• Maintain high estimation accuracy, ensuring scoped deals transition smoothly into profitable, on-time delivery executions.
