What's the role?
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with video production capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content, editing video content, and delivering high-quality visuals to support marketing campaigns, social media, and other multimedia projects.
What will be your responsibilities?
Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished video content, including promotional videos, social media clips, product demos, interviews, etc.
- Ensure seamless transitions, colour grading, and audio sync to maintain video quality.
- Incorporate feedback from the creative team to finalise edits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and design styles into the work.
Video Production:
A knack for capturing content in video format is a plus.
What’s required from you?
- Proven experience (1-2 yrs) as a Video Editor.
- Mid level understanding of motion graphics.
- Editing on social media content and podcasts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles (typography, colour theory, layout, etc.).
- Experience in sound editing/mixing.
- Understanding of video pacing, transitions, and visual effects
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and revisions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
