Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Messprogrammen für 3D-Koordinatenmessmaschinen (PC-DMIS, Calypso, WinWerth, Keyence)
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Prüfplänen sowie Auswahl geeigneter Prüf- und Messmethoden
  • Bemusterung von Prototypen und Erstellung von Erstmusterprüfberichten
  • Durchführung statistischer Auswertungen, Messsystemanalysen
  • Durchführung von Fehlerursachenanalysen und Einleitung geeigneter Korrekturmassnahmen

Qualifikation

  • Technische Grundausbildung und Erfahrung in der Messtechnik
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Messmaschinen und der Qualitätssicherung
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Hands-on Mentalität, Freude am Kontakt mit internen und externen Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse
