Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie planen, koordinieren und führen Bemusterungen von Spritzgusswerkzeugen sowie komplexe Validierungen durch.
  • Sie planen und analysieren Design of Experiments (DOE), um optimale Prozessparameter zu identifizieren und Prozessvalidierungen sowie Prozessoptimierungen voranzutreiben.
  • Sie optimieren kontinuierlich die Fertigungsprozesse, um höchste Qualitätsstandards zu sichern.
  • Sie führen Mitarbeiterschulungen durch und fördern so die technische Kompetenz im Team.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Kunststofftechnologe/Verfahrensmechaniker und eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie bringen mind. fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss mit.
  • Eine selbstständige, genaue Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
