We’re Hiring | Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Communicate with customers and provide effective support.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation.

  • Support inventory tracking and management.

  • Monitor logistics operations and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related administrative role.

  • Good understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain operations.

  • Familiarity with Transportation and Inventory Management.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good time management and data-entry skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
