The Good Guys Online Team are now on the lookout for Peak Season Casuals to join our Customer Service Team in a casual capacity for the busy Christmas period. Role commencing from early October with shifts available until the end of January 2027 (subject to change).
As the Customer Service Coordinator - Online you will be responsible for delivering a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries and complaints
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
- Providing customers with timely responses to digital, social and telephone based requests and effective resolution of complaints
- Managing third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
- Processing online sales and manual web order allocations to ensure the efficient delivery of products
- Identifying and escalating any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
- Escalating issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required
- Working closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required
Please note, the Online team operate seven (7) days a week. Therefore, successful applicants will be required to work rotating rosters to meet operational requirements and will be based in our Support Office in Southbank.

You will also ideally have:
- Frontline customer service experience
- Retail experience in instore sales or administration
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Be able to start in early October
