Position at Pilgrim's

Responsibilities:
- Set up equipment as necessary based on packaging requirements.
- Uses ice and defrosting procedures effectively to assure product temperatures meet regulatory levels.
- Notifies support personnel any time product does not meet quality expectations.
- Prepare products for further processing or packaging based on customer orders.
- Assure all products are drained properly whether tanked, bagged or placed in combo bins.
- Maintain operation sanitation.
- Assist in other areas as assigned
- Other duties as required.
What you’ll need:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Experience: Poultry,live animalor manufacturing experience is a plus.Palletjackexperience preferred.
- Skills: Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment, have good communication skills, ability to comprehend instructions and apply common sense, have strong attention to detail, and must be a team player.
- Physical requirements:Ability to work in a dusty, hot environment, cold environment, lift up to 60lbs
