SELECTION PANEL OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem solving Skills
• Knowledge of SOPs and GMPs preferred
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Great Attendance
• Able to multi task
• Bilingual preferred
• Strong math skills

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with production workers to load and sort rails correctly
• Work well with the Management team to accomplish Daily goals
• Follow all SOPs and GMPs
• Program rails and place carcasses as program indication.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
• Base pay range of $35,000 - 47,000.
