Are you a fast learner that enjoys working with different systems? Do you like an international environment where you can work with colleagues from different parts of the world?
As our Automation & Electrical Engineer you will be based in our PF Service team in Helsingborg. Your job will be to design and programming of projects for electrical upgrades of our customers' existing equipment. The projects are installed by our service engineers with your remote support, and they vary from completely new control systems (control panels) to just adding a minor function. We work mainly in EPLAN for electrical design and Siemens TIA & some Step 7 for PLC & HMI programming.
What are we looking for ...
A driven and flexible person, who loves working as part of a team and gets energized by working in a multi-project environment; if this is you, we believe that you will enjoy working at JBT as our Automation & Electrical Engineer. You will have colleagues worldwide, which means that fluency in English is required and Swedish would be a bonus.
As our new team member, we would like you to be analytical, hands on, an independent work, with high integrity. Aside from these personal skills, we need you to have:
- A degree within automation (i.e. from a YH-education / Yrkeshögskola)
- Experience in PLC & HMI programming
- Fluency in English, and Swedish would be great and any other language skills a “nice to have”
A bonus would be if you have a couple years' experience working with electrical design and automation but remember that it’s a merit and not a requirement, so don’t let this stop you from applying. If you like international travel of approximately 20 days a year, this position will suit you.
