岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 统筹药企数字化营销项目全周期管理，保障多项目准时合规交付;
2. 协调销售、内容、运营、数据等多团队资源，对齐需求并解决推进卡点;
3. 依据医药合规规则校验线上会议、医生内容、患教活动等全链路质量;
4. 负责客户沟通、进度同步与验收对接，维护客户关系并支持续约合作;
5. 汇总项目数据并组织复盘，输出结案报告与交付方法，提升团队效率。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 具备药企数字化营销整合项目全周期管理能力，能独立统筹从立项到验收的全流程，保障多项目准时合规交付;
2. 熟悉医药营销合规体系，能够对学术会议、医生内容、患教活动等全链路进行质量校验与风险预判;
3. 具备跨团队统筹与问题定位能力，能在多团队协作中快速识别关键卡点并形成解决方案;
4. 坚持高标准合规要求与质量红线，以身作则推动团队执行规范，持续突破交付水平;
5. 在跨部门协调与客户沟通中坚持信息透明、进度同步，以客观公正立场平衡多方诉求并保障项目整体利益;
