About the Role:
Jeeny is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager - Jeeny Ads to drive the growth of our advertising business in Riyadh. You will be responsible for identifying strategic accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
This is a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role for a strong “hunter” who can build relationships, win new business, and aggressively grow advertising revenue.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in full-cycle B2B business development, media sales, or strategic account acquisition, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Industry Bonus: Direct experience in digital advertising, retail media networks (RMN), or a strong background working with media agencies and agency holding groups is highly preferred.
- Executive Presence: Experience engaging senior marketing leaders, navigating complex agency structures, and managing buying committees.
- Hunter Mentality: A self-starter attitude with the resilience, coachability, and urgency required to aggressively prospect, pitch, and close net-new business.
- Communication: Exceptional pitching, storytelling, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate performance metrics and data into compelling value propositions. Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Adaptability: Comfort working with technology, performance data, and evolving sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
- Scale Revenue: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, converting qualified leads and outbound prospects into advertising pipeline and closed revenue to accelerate year-over-year growth.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate high-potential accounts across key verticals (FMCG, Telecom, Finance, Entertainment). Map key marketing decision-makers and agency buying personas to develop tailored engagement strategies.
- Consultative Selling: Lead high-level conversations with CMOs, Brand Managers, and Agency Executives. Clearly communicate the unique value of Jeeny’s first-party data, audience reach, and multi-surface ad formats.
- Build Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with direct brand decision-makers and key stakeholders within the region's media landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure campaigns are optimized, delivered successfully, and positioned for renewal.
- Data-Driven Sales: Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity data in our CRM, and share market trends, agency insights, and advertiser feedback with leadership to shape our evolving ad product offerings.
