We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

About the Role:

We are looking to hire for a position of Operations & Compliance Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately collect, input and update Jeeny’s driver base information data into our systems and databases, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. This is a remote position with 1 day physical reporting to our office in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Input: Accurately enter data of Jeeny’s driver documents into designated databases and systems from various sources, including paper documents, spreadsheets, and digital records.
• Data Verification: Review and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Data Maintenance: Update and maintain records, correcting any discrepancies and ensuring data quality.
• Document Management: Organize and manage paper and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports and summaries of data as and when needed by the management.
• Fraud & Compliance: Ensure all data entry tasks are performed in line with company standards, privacy regulations, and industry best practices alongside ensuring data integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to resolve data inconsistencies or issues and support other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan (Remote) where you must come for 1 day to office for reporting KPIs and weekly performance.
• Bachelors or High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
• Proven experience in operations data management/compliance or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, organized, and possesses a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent typing speed and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
