What You’ll Do

    • LeadallaspectsofdailystudiooperationsandupholdJETSET’spremiumstandard
    • Hire,train,andmotivateahigh-performingteam
    • Drivemembershipsales,renewals,andretention
    • Track,manage,andachievestudioperformanceobjectives
    • Overseescheduling,staffing,andfacilityupkeep
    • Deliverapolished,hospitality-drivenclientexperience
    • Buildcommunitypartnerships,leadlocalmarketinginitiatives,increasebrandawareness
    • Monitorthestudio’ssocialmediaplatforms
    • Personallyleadclasseseachweek(exactamountTBD)
    • Assistwithnewstudioopeningsfromtimetotime

What We’re Looking For

    • Priormanagementexperienceinfitnessorotherrelevantindustries(e.g.,hospitality,foodand beverage,retail) •Certificationoreducationinfitness(groupfitness,personaltraining,physicaltherapy,etc.) •Organized,detail-oriented,andadaptableinafast-pacedsetting •Clear,confidentcommunicatorwithpolishedpresence •Provenrecordofleadingteams,drivingsales,andhittingtargets •Motivationalleaderwithaccountabilityandhighemotionalintelligence •Passionateabouthealth,fitness,andexceptionalservice
    • Tech-savvyandproficientwithPOSsystems(MindBodyexperiencepreferred),otheroffice software(e.g.,GoogleWorkspace,MicrosoftOffice,Slack,etc.),andsocialmediaplatforms •Flexibleavailability,includingsomeearlymornings,evenings,weekends,andholidays,tosupport businessneeds •Abilitytoliftaminimumof30poundsandkneel,bend,reach,climb,andstandforlongdurations oftime •EnthusiasmfortheJETSETbrand
