Create, iterate, and refine AI-generated images, videos, visual sequences, and multimodal content for JAMS productions.
Build, operate, adapt, and troubleshoot GenAI workflows using ComfyUI and other image, video, audio, and creative AI platforms.
Use techniques such as prompting, reference conditioning, ControlNet, IP adapters, inpainting, upscaling, consistency workflows, motion transfer, and refinement tools to improve creative control.
Support the creation of full GenAI-led films, promos, short-form content, concepts, mood films, visual experiments, and production-ready assets.
Troubleshoot common AI output issues including artifacts, flicker, inconsistency, identity drift, weak continuity, poor edges, mismatched lighting, and visual noise.

Work with traditional compositing tools such as Nuke, After Effects, Fusion, or equivalent platforms.
Perform cleanup, matte refinement, roto support, keying, tracking, stabilization, match-grading, paint fixes, and basic integration work as needed.
Combine AI-generated elements with live action, CG, stock, matte paintings, motion graphics, audio references, or other production assets.
Ensure final outputs are visually coherent, technically clean, and aligned with the creative direction of the show or format.
Creative and Technical Collaboration
Work closely with and take technical direction from the Creative Technologist, Gen-AI TD on GenAI workflows, compositing standards, and production handoff expectations.
Partner with Creative Technologists, Narrative and Visual Storytelling Leads, Producers, Editors, VFX/Post teams, Product, and Engineering teams.
Translate creative feedback into practical shot iterations using both GenAI workflows and compositing craft.
Participate in reviews, identify visual issues, and suggest production-friendly fixes.
Collaborate with TDs and workflow owners to improve repeatability, consistency, and usability of GenAI production pipelines.
Document repeatable techniques, useful workflow settings, and shot-specific learnings for the broader JAMS team.
Production Quality and Workflow Discipline
Deliver AI-assisted shots and elements on time while maintaining quality, consistency, and production hygiene.
Understand the requirements of serialized short-form and AI-native content production, where speed, iteration, and repeatability are critical.
Follow naming, versioning, review, and handoff practices across active productions.
Support quality checks for output consistency, visual continuity, artifact control, and production readiness.
Stay current with new GenAI visual tools, models, workflows, and best practices, and bring useful learnings back into the team.
