Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa (3 days per week from the office)

Project
As a member of an Agile development team, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The role combines hands-on Java development with collaboration across business and technical stakeholders to build reliable applications and continuously improve engineering practices.
Responsibilities you'll have
- Act as a key contributor within one of our Agile teams
- Develop robust, clean, and well-tested solutions using modern tools and technologies
- Primarily work with your core technology stack while supporting other technology areas when needed to help the team meet its commitments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and drive the best technical solutions
- Contribute engineering expertise throughout the solution design and implementation process
- Participate in technology communities, development days, innovation sprints, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines across both development and deployment environments
- Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including negative test scenarios
- Integrate and consume data from external API services
Expected competences and knowledge
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4-5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer
- Strong knowledge of:

- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience consuming and integrating API services

- Experience with key generation and certificate management
