Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support, manage inquiries, process orders, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Position Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, deliveries, and service requests.
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate information to customers.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate departments.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.

Order Processing and Management

• Receive, enter, and process customer purchase orders accurately.
• Handle order modifications, adjustments, and other customer requests.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and logistics teams to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and other departments to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate order updates, delivery schedules, and potential delays to customers.
• Support the resolution of order discrepancies and service issues.

Documentation and Process Compliance

• Maintain organized records of customer communications, transactions, and order changes.
• Follow established procedures, company policies, and applicable safety and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.

Prerequisites

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging environments is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management or ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)

• Customer service or customer relationship management training.
• Training in business communication or administrative support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, order management software, or customer relationship management tools.
• Quality management or workplace safety training.
