Qualifications:
  • Relevant Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field
  • Advanced SQL skills essential
  • BI certifications advantageous

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Insights roles
  • Advanced SQL experience including complex joins, aggregations, and window functions
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tools
  • Strong data modelling and transformation skills
  • Experience automating reporting and analytics processes
  • Exposure to AI and LLM tools within analytics workflows
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and data storytelling abilities

KPAs:

  • Own and enhance the reporting and analytics function
  • Develop automated and self-service reporting solutions
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting standards
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Improve data quality, governance, and reporting processes
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve analytical efficiency
