Duties & Responsibilities:
- Production Operations:
- Ensure production schedules are followed to meet customer order deadlines
- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities
- Monitor production output and adjust workflows to improve efficiency
- Support the coordination of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources
- Assist in managing production lines for seasoning blends, flavour compounds, and related products
- Quality & Food Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, GMP, and Food Manufacturing Regulations
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product specifications and standards
- Assist with internal audits and ensure corrective actions are being implemented
- Ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs
- Inventory & Raw Material Management:
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials are available for production
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Monitor key production metrics such as output, efficiency, downtime and waste
- Provide production updates to the Production Manager and senior management
- Draw monthly production reports
